Community Catalog Card Art Project
The month of October

Have you ever wondered what happened to all of those old card catalog cards when the library automated? Well, we still have some boxes of them! However, they are about to become a part of a collaborative piece of art that will be displayed at the Center for the Arts. The Elizabth Lane Oliver Center for the Arts, Frankfort Elberta Area Schools, and Benzie Shores District Library are working together in conjunction with the BIG DRAW to create a very special community art project. The students and everyone visiting the Art Center or the Library during the month of October are invited to create a work of art on a catalog card that will become a part of the collaborative artwork. We are so excited about this project and hope you will all participate!!
